It is widely documented that good communication and teamwork have a direct impact on patient safety, patient outcomes and the overall patient experience.

Corporate Education plays an important role in Sidra Medicine, providing a behavioral training program which educates and supports staff to act collaboratively, with empathy; consistently demonstrating the Sidra Medicine Values, whilst delivering the highest standards of care.

From a patient experience perspective, how staff engage with each other and manifest these values internally, directly impacts how they engage with patients and families. Our behavioral training programs are accredited by the Qatar Council for Health Practitioners (QCHP), and provide valuable opportunities for our clinical and non- clinical teams to develop a shared meaning of a positive patient experience, and ensure patients and families feel safe and supported during their time at the hospital.
